About Scott Wozniak and his Journey
Scott began his journey in leadership coaching after working in the performing arts and nonprofit sectors, where he observed good leaders struggling to become great. He witnessed good-hearted, well-meaning people with grand ideas who just couldn’t seem to get from where they were to where they wanted to be. After devouring a business book gifted by a mentor in one night, Scott felt increasingly called to find a better way for these leaders to operate. Prayer and contemplation led him from more business books to conferences, to coaching, to a master’s degree in Organizational Leadership, to developing a leadership strategy within Chick-fil-A as their Organizational Effectiveness Consultant. Scott has spent countless hours studying what the best leaders and brands do and translating that for an ever-growing list of clients, helping them build the systems that will enable them to live with excellence, make a mark, and make their dreams a reality.
