About Scott Wozniak and his Journey
Scott began his journey in leadership coaching after working in the performing arts an nonprofi sectors, where he observed good leaders struggling to become great. He witnesse good-hearted well-meaning people with grand ideas who just couldn’t seem to get from where they were t wher they wanted to be. After devouring a business book gifted by a mentor in one night, Scot fel increasingly called to find a better way for these leaders to operate. Prayer an contemplatio led him from more business books to conferences to coaching to a master’s degree i Organizational Leadership to developing a leadership strategy within Chick-fil-A as thei Organizational Effectiveness Consultant. Scott has spent countless hours studying what th bes leaders and brands do and translating that for an ever-growing list of clients, helping the build the systems that will enable them to live with excellence, make a mark, and make thei dreams reality.
During the many years he worked inside some of the great organizations of our time, Scott collaborated with a lot of great leaders to upgrade his organization and theirs. So, when less than two months after leaving the Chick-fil-A Support Center to launch his consulting company, when there was more work than Scott could do on his own, he called the best strategists, coaches and trainers that he had worked with over the years and asked them to join the Swoz team and help him create new legends. They come from a variety of backgrounds, from software to manufacturing to nonprofits to retail. They are some of the best change agents from some of the best organizations of our time–and together they have been the masterminds behind multiple organizational transformations.
